We always aim to see our patients on time and, where possible, may even be able to see you a little earlier than your scheduled appointment.
Please arrive around 10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. If you are running late, please telephone us as soon as possible. If you arrive significantly late, we may need to rearrange your appointment to avoid delaying other patients.
Yes. We provide emergency appointments for both existing and new private patients experiencing dental pain, swelling, broken teeth, lost fillings, damaged crowns or other urgent dental problems. We always do our best to see emergency patients as quickly as possible.
A knocked-out tooth requires urgent attention.
Hold the tooth by the crown (the white part), not the root. If it is dirty, gently rinse it under clean water without scrubbing it. If possible, place it carefully back into the socket and bite gently onto a clean cloth or tissue.
If this is not possible, place the tooth in milk or your own saliva and contact Bradford Dental Surgery immediately. Prompt treatment gives the best chance of saving the tooth.
