Making a Complaint
Complaints Procedure
At Bradford Dental Surgery, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care and excellent customer service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care or service you have received, we encourage you to let us know. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate them fairly, promptly, and confidentially, keeping you informed throughout the process.
How to Raise a Complaint
If you have a concern about your treatment or the service you have received, we recommend contacting the Practice Manager in the first instance. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through discussion, and we will do everything possible to reach a satisfactory outcome.
You can contact us by:
- Telephone: 01274911232
- Email: Info@bradforddentalsurgery.co.uk
- In person by speaking to a member of our reception team, who will arrange for the appropriate person to contact you.
If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately, we will acknowledge it promptly and investigate the matter thoroughly. We aim to provide a full written response as soon as reasonably possible.
Private Dental Treatment
If your complaint relates to private dental treatment, we ask that you first give us the opportunity to resolve the matter through our internal complaints procedure.
Should you remain dissatisfied after we have completed our investigation, you may seek further advice from the Dental Complaints Service, an independent organisation established to assist in resolving complaints about private dental care.
Website Feedback
If your concern relates to information published on the Bradford Dental Surgery website, please contact us using our email. A member of our team will respond as soon as possible, normally within two working days.
Our Commitment
We value patient feedback and view complaints as an opportunity to improve the quality of our services. Every complaint is treated with respect, investigated objectively, and handled in confidence.
Our aim is to resolve concerns as quickly and fairly as possible while ensuring you receive clear communication throughout the process.
If, after our investigation, you remain dissatisfied, we will advise you of any appropriate external organisations that may be able to review your complaint independently.
