Consultation Booking Fees
Where a booking fee is required to secure an appointment, this fee is non-refundable.
If you need to rearrange your consultation, at least 48 hours’ notice must be provided. Where possible, we will transfer your booking to another available appointment. If suitable availability is not available, the booking fee cannot be refunded.

Outstanding Balances
Where an outstanding balance remains unpaid and is referred to a third-party debt recovery agency, any reasonable additional recovery costs permitted by law may be added to the outstanding amount.
